Ardsallagh soft goats cheese is a white cheese with a creamy texture. This cheese has a gentle flavour as it is made daily from fresh goats milk.
Our multi-award winning soft cheese is handmade in our dairy using a slow traditional method. We produce a soft and creamy cheese and sell the cheese fresh to preserve the mild taste that our customers love
This cheese is made in a number of different formats which are suitable for retail or catering.
Retail customers enjoy the convenience of the smaller resealable tamper proof plastic recyclable tubs, and catering customers appreciate the larger 1kg blocks vaccum packed for maximum shelf life and freshness.
Unlike other goats cheeses this doesn’t have a rind. This means less wastage and more lovely cheese to eat in the package.
